You Here Are Toledo Project is grateful to these project supporters:
AIGA, the professional association for design, stimulates thinking about design, demonstrates the value of design and empowers the success of designers at each stage of their careers. AIGA’s mission is to advance designing as a professional craft, strategic tool and vital cultural force. Founded in 1914, AIGA remains the oldest and largest professional membership organization for design, is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) educational institution and represents over 20,000 people nationally. The AIGA Toledo chapter was established on October 1, 2007, with the intent to connect Toledo area designers locally and to make a difference right here – where we live and work.
The You Are Here Toledo Project is funded by the City of Toledo’s 1% for Art Program, administered by The Arts Commision. With a mission to develop and promote the visual, performing and literary arts in the Northwest Ohio community, The Arts Commission works tirelessly to provide broad access to the arts through initiatives involving business and education. For 50 years, they have provided quality arts programming and services to those in the metropolitan Toledo area. They are the longest standing arts commission in the state of Ohio.
